Velux Battery Backup for Electric Venting Skylights

The KLB 100 Battery Backup is an optional accessory for VSE and VCE models that provides limited operation of VELUX electric venting skylights during power failures. When the battery reaches a minimum level, the KLB 100 automatically closes the skylight and opens or raises the skylight blinds. After this, the skylight and blinds cannot be operated until the power supply has been reestablished.

• Battery is charged automatically by the VELUX VSE or VCE skylights
• Charges automatically both before and after power failure
• Works with the skylight's rain sensor to automatically close the skylight if it rains
