Canadian Solar's new High Power Dual Cell Mono-PERC Module, with shade tolerant half cell technology and an additional row of cells, breaks the 20% module efficiency barrier without any sacrifices in value or reliability. Reliability has even been improved with LID + LeTID under 2%, for up to 50% lower degradation throughout the life of the module.
