Velux Delay

We want to inform you of some minor changes to our year-end order handling procedures. At VELUX we are currently in the process of upgrading one of our core IT systems. The upgrade is scheduled to occur from December 24, 2024, through January 1, 2025.

During this period, we are unfortunately unable to process or handle any orders and DealerExtranet will also be inaccessible.

What to do:

1. Customers who want their orders shipped before December 24 would need to place them no later than December 19.

2. Customers who want orders that would include a pre-installed shade shipped before December 24 would need to place them no later than December 18.

3. Customers who want to pick up orders at a local Distribution Centers must do so by December 20.

4. Orders placed after these dates will be processed starting January 2.
